| Ministry Alliance
The New Johnsonville Ministerial Alliance meets on the first Tuesday of every month at a local restaurant at 8:30 AM. All ministers of the community are invited to take part in this alliance. The alliance has an account called the Helping Hands Fund in which they help persons who have needs in the community. The fund is financed by special offerings given by the local churches and from an offering taken at the New Johnsonville Thanksgiving Community Service which is held on the Sunday night before Thanksgiving each year with the service rotating between churches and pastors preaching. The churches and pastors work together in distributing these funds by communicating with each other to avoid overextending themselves to the same individual. It is the hope of the alliance to help persons who are genuinely in need and help can be obtained by contacting one of the pastors in the area.

Any other pastor wishing to join this association needs to just attend a meeting on the first Tuesday of the month. All are welcome. |
